Minnesota:)

hey everyone! Sorry i haven't really been blogging lately. A lot has happened since my last post! First, megan, aunt marion, and i took a trip to minnesota. it was great, i really loved it there. when we first arrived katie and liz picked us up at the airport and took us to the mall of america. we did a little shopping and then met anne and james for dinner. i was so happy james was able to spend the weekend with us because originally, that was not going to happen. after that we walked around a little bit then went back to katie's house. the next day we went to the zoo! it was a lot of fun. we got to see seamus, finn, and m.j. and spend the whole day with them. after the zoo we went back to james and anne's house. we watched movies and i went on a walk with katie and seamus. katie and seamus showed me a college that was nearby and we went on a playground for a little bit. i loved getting to see how seamus has grown to be such a happy, imaginative, and smart kid. i just loved spending time with him. when we got back to the house, movies were still being played. i played with finn for a while, and had so much fun with him. he always seems to be so happy and knows how to make you laugh. finn reminds me so much of uncle tom more and more each time i see him. after that, m.j. showed me her doll house and showed me different costumes, which she tried on for everyone. she as become very outgoing since the last time i saw her. i loved spending time with her and discovering new things about her during the whole trip. then, it was time for dinner and eventually, time for the kids to go to bed. when the little kids were asleep i spent time with aunt marion, katie, liz, anne, james and megan. i have to say that night was one of the greatest night i had ever had. i felt like i smiled the whole night while being with everyone. the next morning, we all went to brunch and then to something that i cant remember the name of. it was so much fun. i hated that it was time to go so soon though. it was so hard to say goodbye knowing i wouldn't see my family for a long time again. i wish i could have that weekend all over again.

next, i want to say happy birthday uncle tom! being with everyone in minnesota really made me think about you. not a day goes by where i don't have you in my thoughts. i wish you could have been in my life longer, but i'm happy we had the time we did. i always think about all the great times i have had with you and wish i could go back in time to do it all again. i cant wait until we get to tell james and anne's new baby all about you. i'm sure the baby will love you even though he/she never got a chance to meet you. i love you and you will always have a special place in my heart.
