so i realized i havent updated the blog in a while and i decided i really should. things in new jersey have been going pretty good lately. we are going to florida tomorrow and we are all very excited and in much need of a vacation.

my dad got a job a few weeks ago and started recently, even though it isn't as good as having him at home. a lot of times we miss having him home, but i think he is really enjoying his new job. at work he teaches people about security things and stuff like that.

megan got into a summer intensive dance camp again, like last year. she will be going away for three weeks in july, coming home on weekends. she has been dancing a lot lately. her foot is now completely healed, and so she is basically dancing all the time. school has been going good for her and as usual she loves it there.

my moms been working a lot lately and i think out of all of this she needs this vacation the most. both my parents have been working a lot lately. i am so grateful for both of them, and i am so blessed to have such great parents.

things for me have been going okay lately. i just recently got my first job which i can not wait to start. its nothing big, just working at and ice cream place. i am also going to be doing a softball thing soon but other than that my life has basically revolved around school, which has been extremely stressful lately. i made a lot of new friends at school, but a lot of times i wish i had went to my town high school. i miss my old friends a lot and after weeks like this past one, i would gladly go to my town high school in a second. my grades have been okay, but i have really been working hard on getting them higher. i stress out about everything a lot more than i probably should. these past two weeks have been full of tests and projects. the marking period just ended on monday, so report cards will be going out soon. even though things have been tough i have just been trying to take everything one day at a time.

so i can not wait to go to florida. we will be staying at my grandparents condo during our visit. i haven't seen them in a while now so i can't wait. while in florida all we are really going to go is go to the pool and beach so we can have a very relaxing vacation. i will be sure to post pictures when we get back.
